These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Piece of Heart Mobile Art Studio ("Piece of Heart Mobile Art Studio", "we, "us") to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at www.pieceofheart.com.au ("the website"). They are effective from September 1 2020 and will replace all earlier Piece of Mobile Art Studio terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.
If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.
Availability and Supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.Shipping and Delivery
Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary.
Standard shipping does not include rural areas, if you require shipping to a rural area please contact me for a quote prior to making a purchase.
Please allow 2 business days from the date of your order for preparation and packaging of your order, and up to 5 business days for delivery. Delivery times are subject to demand and Piece of Heart Mobile Art Studio will not be held responsible for delivery delays once item has been dispatched for delivery.

We also accept all payment via Paypal.All payments are processed via PayPal's secure payments system to ensure high levels of payment security and are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions.

Returns
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
All plaster shapes are hand made products, carefully packaged to arrive to you safely. If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase or if items are damaged in transit please notify me as soon as possible so I can provide a solution. Please email info@pieceofheart.com.au and we will assist as soon as possible.
